This 6-storey, mass timber office building is located within Kamloops historic and cultural district on the Victoria Street Corridor. Situated within a vibrant fabric of commercial, retail and public spaces, this development is also within walking distance of the Waterfront District with access to many parks and the Thompson River. The building's cube like form is not only a design statement but also allows for increased building performance through its high surface to volume ratio. The 4.5m required corner cut is accounted for by a negative void in the lobby. The building is completed with its understated minimalist facade.
